Eat letters in order to build a word, then submit it. Bright tiles still lead somewhere; dim ones don't, and a red ⌫ tile takes back your last letter. Every tile burns down on its own fuse, so longer words pay more but cost speed.
Letters are scattered across the board. Steer your snake to collect them in order to spell a word — the letters join your current word in the tray as you eat them.
A tile that could still extend your word glows cream and bright; a dim tile leads nowhere useful right now. When your tray spells a real word it turns gold and pulses — submit it to bank the points and reset your tray, or keep pushing for something longer.
Ran into a dead end? Look for the red ⌫ tile — eating it removes the last letter from your tray so you can try a different branch.
The board wraps at every edge — fly off one side and you reappear on the other. Only crossing your own body ends the run. Every 5 words you bank, the snake speeds up one notch.
Desktop: arrow keys or WASD to steer, Enter to submit a ready word, Space to pause. Mobile: swipe to steer (you can change direction mid-swipe without lifting your finger), tap once to submit a ready word, double-tap to pause, or use the on-screen D-pad.
